Two weeks into moving in now, and before I start my new job next month I have free time to doss about. I’m not sure about you but when my life suddenly has no routine, procrastination seems to be my worst enemy. Whether it’s constantly clicking the refresh button on Facebook, streaming Korean dramas online (anyone watching Heirs right now? SO GOOD!), or meeting up with friends for binge Samgyupsal eating. Let’s just say productivity hasn’t been on my side lately…so I guess it’s time to change my lifestyle and place things in order!
Hence forthwith, I decided to buy a weekly planner to schedule what I will do everyday…a bit like a checklist. This is to just to make sure I will achieve something every single day. The progression may be small, but it’s better than streaming dramas online and then BOOM it’s 1am…..time for bed. Not cool. Time to get your sh** together! I am already week into this system and it’s working like a charm.
Anyhow I was wandering around GwangHwaMun in Seoul the other day waiting for my friend who was 45 minutes LATE! It didn’t matter, all the better reason to go for a little photo walk. It’s a little amazing how much goes on in one place. As I am sitting by some huge steps there were kids dressed up as King Sejong, taekwondo performances, TV equipment set up everywhere, Ajummas shouting for some bargains in the local market, and a kid next to me just staring at my camera~ Sorry, it’s mine. This is Seoul I guess….noisy, but alive.
As the LATE friend comes we decided to head to Paris Croissant, a French themed brunch café. Not much I can say about this place apart from amazing pasta, pastry and creamy coffee. If there was snow outside…ohhhh ~~~
On a final note is anybody a freelancer or working from home? How do you make sure to spend your time wisely everyday? Share some tips? 😉
