What constantly surprises me about Jeju Island is that when I thought I’ve already seen the majority of the attractions, a much better discovery pops up round the corner. HyeopJae Beach in Jeju Island was no exception. Listed as one of CNN Travel’s top 40 most beautiful places to see in Korea, HyeopJae beach really lives up to its name, and it is the most popular and stunning beach recommended by locals in Jeju.
It really was the dream paradise setting anyone can ask for. Along with the white sandy beach and the three-toned sea, the mini island (Biyang-do) at the distance was the main draw and you could not help but just be mesmorized by it.
Sun, sea, amazing view, book, mp3 player….
*^o^* Bliss~ ….it’s exactly what I needed to escape the hectic life from the mainland.
*The tide comes in around 2-3pm so to make the most of quality beach time and to avoid crowds, it’s best to come early in the morning. The pictures taken were around 9-10am so by the time it was 3pm, the whole area was covered by the sea.
*SUN CREAM! ….and LOTS of it…
~you should see me now…I’m literally burnt~
